After losing 1 kg or 2.2 pounds, I didn't see a further result of my SBD. Today is my fifth day and it was kind of sad that I don't see the significant result. So, last night I search for the answer why I don't lose weight like what I hope SBD would do or maybe I did something wrong. I found that there are so many people that are having the same problem with me. Some of them have been on SBD for a longer period of time than me but they also didn't lose any pounds. However, I got the answer from one of SBD's fans that maybe for those that didn't lose weight or lose just a couple pounds didn't drink enough water. The body keep holding the water inside cause they don't receive enough and don't release it so the weight is still the same. She also mentioned that even though there is no sign of losing any weigh but we should feel better in term of body's size. She said that we should feel that clothes would fit better, we should lose feel the faces and tummies become smaller. For me I kind of agree with her. I feel that my tummy became a bit flatter and the hip fat (the side fat) got somewhat less. Not sure I was just feeling it to make myself feel better or it is really ture but I will keep believing just to make me feel better hhahaha. Anyway, I will continue on this SBD or another week or two and I will keep update the result!!
Oh I forgot to say, I hate not being to eat fruits!! I see blueberries and peaches and nectarines everywhere now and it is so hard to watch people eating them. Also, my housemate just got back from Thailand, he brought back so many snacks that I love but I just can't eat them now and they are left vulnerable on the kitchen table. I just hope that they will still be there when I'm off from this diet!!!
